Toughbook CF-74 is fully protected

Panasonic Toughbook CF-74 Panasonic introduced the CF-74 laptop, the first laptop in the Toughbook line, built on the latest generation Intel® Centrino® Duo technology - Santa Rosa.

Mobile computers in the Toughbook series belong to the semi-protected class: they can be dropped in working condition from almost a meter height, they should be watered, they work in different temperature conditions, they are protected from dust and choice.

In the new model, significant improvements have been achieved thanks to the transition to the new Intel architecture - Intel® 965GM chipset with 800 MHz system bus frequency. The dual-core Intel® Core ™ 2 Duo T7300 processor with 4 MB L2 cache and the ability to equip a laptop with up to 4 GB of RAM will allow you to work comfortably in applications of any complexity. Thanks to the use of the new integrated graphics adapter GMA X3100, the performance of the graphics subsystem has significantly increased. The use of new technologies made it possible to optimize the power consumption of the main components, thus, the CF-74 can work from a battery for up to 8 hours.

Panasonic Toughbook CF-74 The CF-74 case is made of magnesium alloy and protects the internal parts of the laptop from impacts, the waterproof keyboard and touch panel prevent liquid from entering. The 80 GB hard drive is placed in a quick-detachable container with a special polymer material for additional protection against shocks and vibrations. The laptop can withstand a fall from a height of 76 centimeters. There is no need to use the bag for carrying: The Toughbook CF-74 is equipped with a retractable handle.
