The oldest operator of Moscow (MGTS) in the new year may cease to exist.

It is fraught with the rejection of wireline telephony services and the “overflow” of large state-owned companies to small retail operators. There are fears that the potentially strong asset will be mismanaged, which will threaten not only the controllability of the largest communications infrastructure, but also the prospect of the emergence of real converged services.
