Sony's Google TV Preview
Sony has acquired one of the largest pavilions at CES , and for good reason, because a lot of new gadgets are presented (we already showed the Xperia S smartphone and SmartWatch watches). In addition to mobile devices, the corporation demonstrated its vision of home entertainment with Google TV :
The Sony kit consists of a black box (console) and an innovative remote control . The latter does not have a special name, but definitely deserves special attention: on one side of the controller there is a touchpad surrounded by familiar buttons, on the other a qwerty-keyboard . Combining these management methods will allow you to take full advantage of the multimedia center.

One of the key features of the device is a universal search that delivers results on the Internet, YouTub, the program guide and the connected video purchase services. Since the system runs on Android , you can install any application from the market. But it is better to use versions adapted for the device. Chrome is also preinstalled.
The console itself has a pair of HDMI connectors : input and output (for connecting to a TV), you can connect to the Internet via WiFi or via wire. In general, the television of the nearest future should be something like this, let's hope the Russian market will sometime see these (or similar) novelties.
