On January 12, 2011 at about 12:00, all QIWI wallets that were seen in buying / selling bitcoins through Metabank.ru were blocked. None of the purse owners received any warnings (although judging by this topic , an SMS should have come).

By phone support and from the Internet, it became clear that you need to send scans of your passport and contract with OPPOS to fraud@qiwi.ru.

At the same time, wallets with QVC and attached bank cards also turned out to be blocked.
