Mikhail Vavilov (SUP Media) in the program “Digital Stories”

Digital Stories is a new podcast in which Microsoft Web technologies expert Gaidar Magdanurov will meet with top managers well-known in web development and discuss business features, risks and obstacles in the development and promotion of new projects.
Mikhail Vavilov, director of project management at SUP Media, was the guest of the first issue of Digital Stories.
As part of the podcast, Mikhail talked about new projects being developed as part of the LiveJournal project, about new ideas and their implementation. In his interview, he shares his experience in resolving problems of coordination, as well as talks about personnel risks in the development process, and how to create a process in which the loss of one of the employees does not become a problem.
