What is iNum, and how can we help the development of this project

What is iNum

iNum, international Number, international number. These numbers are positioned as global telephone numbers for the new world, independent of geographic location, current location, distance and state borders.

iNum uses the phone code +883 allocated by ITU (International Telecommunication Union) of Voxbone for the needs of IP telephony, in addition to voice calls to these numbers are available and sms messages.

It is assumed that calls to these numbers with PSTN will be equal in cost to local calls. But alas, not all OpSoCs and regular telephone providers route calls in this direction (and not all VoIP providers either).

Providing rooms in the array +883 is absolutely free. In Russia, there are only 2 providers involved: YouMagic and Mobile One .

Connection methods

There are 2 ways to connect to iNum.

The first, which is the simplest, is to simply redirect calls to SIP numbers _number_@inum.net (for example, 883510000000091@inum.net), and send sms messages via XMPP to the same address (_number_@inum.net, for example 883510000009494 inum. net)

The second is to apply through the feedback form and get direct access to iNum. In this case, SMS messages are sent as SIP messages.

There are several options:

• Check the availability of calls and sms to iNum from your provider (including roaming)
• Contact your provider, asking for iNum support.
• Report iNum on Twitter, FaceBook, G +, etc.
• Chat on the iNum forum, offer your ideas for the development of iNum
