I make websites. And sometimes it turns out that these sites have shoals: in the layout, spelling, or somewhere, an error pops up. And people write about this error to the mail, to the contact, sms, and in the end something is sure to be lost. And recently, I finally understood! Enough tolerating this! :) That's how the idea was born, to the horror of a simple bugtracker that would help me not to forget about project bugs. Everything is very simple. You create a project, then add a form that will be used to collect information. The form has its own link that you place on the pages of the site. Any user who wants to leave an error message will see a report form, and you, in turn, will receive his message. Each message is assigned a status. First - “New”, then after your consideration it becomes either “open” (which you have not yet corrected) or “closed” (in what has already been corrected).
So far we can just collect bugs and divide them into categories, you can still attach 3 files to the report. If you like the idea of ​​the service - in the plans of the API, the jquery library for the realization of the analogue of Orfus - a spelling error collector, export of reports and other ideas that you can leave in the comments to the topic or in private messages.

Many then said that he would not live half a year. Now we have found a circle of our users who continue to use us (and even after the contact began to transfer documents, because we delete files and are not afraid of fragmentation :)). And now we are planning multiple improvements, but more on that next time.
