The world's first automated restaurant

That week in the city of Nuremberg, in Germany, the opening of a new restaurant took place. It would seem that the event is quite ordinary and unremarkable. Perhaps it would have been like this if it were not for one thing: the establishment opened by Michael Mac (Michael Mack) is the first and so far the only fully automated catering facility in the world.

Imagine dinner in such a restaurant is not easy, because the institution has no bartenders or waiters (nor, alas, waitresses ...); there is only a cook, and even those are not visible: the kitchen is located almost under the roof of a multistory building. The role of the attendants is played by interactive terminals installed at each table. The visitor simply selects the necessary dishes from the menu, confirms the order and waits for the finished food to arrive right on the table along the spiral rails.

As the creator of an unusual restaurant says, such an automated system allows not only to almost completely eliminate the human factor, which is often the cause of many problems with orders, but also greatly simplifies the process of ordering and waiting for visitors. In addition, automation will help save a lot of money.

In general, the idea is controversial, but it certainly has the right to a long existence.
