1.1 One person - one sentence.

2.1. In the first-level comments, only a brief description of the component that you think needs to be implemented, a link to MSDN or a technical article on the wiki is highly desirable.
2.2. We vote for the suggestions of participants by pressing the green check mark in the comments of the first level.
2.3. We do not omit the rating of "failed" or "worthless" offers below zero.
2.4. Voting is the standard time until you can vote for a comment.
2.4. Three offers that win the maximum number of advantages and are adequate from the point of common sense win and are accepted to participate in the action.

4.1. Anyone (or humans =) can become the developer who completes the tasks and receives the grant. This may be a veteran of the project, as well as an outsider.

4.3. The quality of the code is audited by members of the ReactOS team with “write” access to SVN.
