OpenStreetMap-based group chat (MapChat)

In the "free" that appeared, I decided to pay attention to some of my old projects.

• Switch from Google Maps to OpenStreetMap. (For most cities in Russia, OpenStreetMap provides much more detailed maps than Google).
• Chat points can now be positioned more precisely on the map.
