Agile is simple

So many words have been invented, and you can't remember everything - Kanban, Scrum, EksPi ...
There is a feeling that science is being created from nothing as well as bookkeeping in our state.
But the meaning and idea is not new, it is the basis of the universe, the mother of nature and any production.

Here are my simple points about this:
1. Do just what you need now
2. Do only what will bring the maximum effect.
3. If the task is difficult to break into simple
4. Use the simplest approach to solve the problem.
5. Work on one task at a time.
6. Switch only when the task is complete
7. Do work on bugs

Ideally ready - in the desired quality at the customer and he is pleased with it.
