Texas Instruments continues to push our products, and this time the MSP430 Value Line LaunchPad Development Tool will be in focus. For those who love to practice more than theory, I suggest reading the video below.
In the example used in this video, the temperature sensor built into the bundled microcontroller is involved. The process of temperature change is indicated by LEDs on the board. Make sure that the code of this example is already working is already stitched in the microcontroller, it is enough just to connect the usb cable to the board and press a button on it.

The range of applications is very wide, limited only by the imagination of the developer (within reasonable limits, of course) - this device is not a competitor to either the Raspberry Pi or any other SoC computer - it is not intended for that. Its niche is specific, definitely such devices find their consumers.
