The current configuration is simplified to a minimum.

According to the artifacts it is:
HTC HD2 with Android firmware ( Cyanogen , if you're interested)

MLO for PC (+ RapidTaskEntry)
MLO for Android (+ 4x4 widget on one of the screens)

Process

Adding Thought Tasks

• there was a thought about “you need to do this”
• (if PC is at hand) Win-Q - quick add task window - task text + deadline (also text) + “remind” word for adding an alarm for any time - the task fell into Inbox.
• (if you have a smartphone at hand) MLO widget - icon "+" - task text - Inbox.
• alternately start synchronization with MLO CloudSync so that all tasks are displayed on all devices

It helps not to forget anything.

Planning

• Inbox Inbox “is scattered on the branches” (contexts are inherited from the parent branches, this is written in the settings)
• tasks are recorded dates and time

Now that dates, times and contexts are registered, you can safely rely on this system and be fascinated that you will not forget to do anything.
