Apple has received a patent on multitasking features when talking.
Did you read everything carefully? Thought? Reading this news, I immediately looked at the calendar, I thought today is the first of April, but it turned out on December 23.
And now more specifically, the new patent provides:
- during a conversation on a mobile device with a touch screen, which displays the user interface of the phone, the user can touch either the menu icon, or press the corresponding button;
- instead of the phone interface, a menu with application icons is displayed on the screen, including a phone icon;
- touch gesture command allows you to select another application;
- the application is launched, but the telephone conversation is not interrupted, the application interface includes the “applet switching icon” only during the conversation;
- by means of a touch gesture command by the icon for switching applets, the user is returned to the phone interface.
Tell me honestly, did Apple come up with it? Patent authorities (they have them in the literal sense of the word) should be torn off by the United States, for having arranged such a mess.

Here is another fresh continuation of the mess from Apple:

UPD: It is no secret that such patents are obtained to fight with competitors than to protect. And this is what can come out of it, using such a patent, or rather, how can one lose 61% of capitalization in 1 day:
it.tut.by/259117Conclusion (my personal opinion): such patents increase the cost of smartphones. In fact, we pay such absurd patents ourselves.
And I had an idea for manufacturers. Release smartphones without oc :)
It seems funny. But how many laptops are sold virtually without oc.
Let the manufacturer only make the driver.
For example, the one who buys a smartphone will in fact not be used, so why, when you first turn on, do not install a proprietary update that downloads the software selected by the user (OS) to the smartphone. After all, iron is actually the same in architecture.
Who wants can buy with wasps. But more expensive (as is customary in the market of laptops and PCs)
Everyone should have their own choice so that we do not overpay for such ridiculous patents.
Let OS manufacturers understand each other among themselves, I think in the end they will get tired of it.
