A preliminary review of the tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 or "Wow, my favorite size" ;-)
Thanks to the grace of Samsung, a test sample of their new 7.7 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet came into my hands. The tablet is not yet available for sale (at least in Ukraine) and is planned for the first quarter of next year.
This device looks very nice - from all the Samsung tablets I liked it the most:

And this is how it looks from behind:
The back cover, as you can see, is metallic.
To be honest, the size seemed very convenient to me, it looks like a regular book 1 in 1, but it’s very thin and light. Dimensions of the device 196.7x 133 x 7.89 mm, weight - 335 grams. Here is an illustration of my words:
In order to fully appreciate its size, let's compare it with the Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Apple Iphone:
The inner filling is also very up to par with the Super AMOLED Plus screen which is very bright and of high quality:
The resolution is 1280x800 pixels, at which it is comfortable enough to watch websites and videos.
The processor in the device is Samsung Exynos, and despite the fact that the firmware was still a test one, there were no brakes at all.
I got the device in a nice leather case, not sure whether it is in the standard package or not:
What is nice, there is a slot for a SIM card (3 included) and a slot for MicroSD, which was “forgotten” in the older models. I got a device with 16 gigabytes of memory, models with 32 gigs are also available. RAM in the device 1 gig (DDR). In the quadrant received about 2000 balls, which is quite a lot.
Android 3.2 with a shell of visas is installed on the device, but it is possible that it will already go on sale with Android 4.1. Of interesting applications is the Smart Remote From Peel, which allows you to control home appliances through the built-in infrared port. Cool - I managed to drown out the plasma in cafes and shopping centers.

The tablet is very light, thin, pleasant in the hands, fast and well-assembled. I am sure many will appreciate him too.
The only disadvantage is that in the category close to it there are “subsidized” Amazon and Barnes & Noble tablets, which will be much more attractive in price. Although, not everyone will want to communicate with third-party firmware, and without them they are “inferior”
