What happened to google?

With 14-20MSK, all services of the “corporation of good” in St. Petersburg are unavailable. It seems that in Moscow the problem is the same. And they fell, which is interesting, not immediately - they died within 15-20 minutes. Chorology:

• At first, the secondary services — reader and picasa — fell off. Standard 500 error
• Then GMail and GTalk died. The 500th error was gone - the servers stopped responding altogether
• Now nothing works - search, youtube, analytics, adsense. Error is the same everywhere - reset the connection.

Now none of the Google services is available to me. Services were checked from two points - St. Petersburg and Germany, from Germany sites open.
