Not so long ago a beautiful box with equipment and a proud “MTS” sticker appeared on my landing. It’s not that I have a really bad provider, but it’s always better, but I haven’t found any information about home Internet on the egg production site. I forgot about "MTS" until one evening they rang the doorbell and told me about such a great provider, I made sure that they had cheaper rates than my provider, and everything seemed to be great, asked to send installers to connect. The next day, I called the manager for debriefing, but he answered me that I had 10 megabits, and 30 would be only on Monday (the conversation was on Saturday). It didn’t surprise me anymore and I doomedly agreed, and then I remembered that I don’t need the Internet in the middle of the month, while my old one was paid and informed the manager about it, he promised to turn on telephony starting next month, but the Internet was activated with his words and nothing can be done.
Today I decided to try out my fresh Internet for 30 megabits and what I saw is correct - the message that I do not have money on the balance sheet, although I have a credit form of payment for securities. Having visited the site of the company in our personal account, we find that the balance I have is 60 rubles, they were charged for “using the line”, and the form of payment is already advance.
If the MTS representatives read it once, I would like to wish them to continue in the same vein and finally lose all customers.
