According to forecasts of our technical service, the remaining virtual machines will be transferred until tomorrow morning. Work on the restoration of several "complex" servers are being actively pursued, our specialists recover information using special hardware and software.



In accordance with our SLA, customers are entitled to receive compensation for this accident. To do this, you must select a form of compensation and send to info@parking.ru a letter on the template posted on the website .



As compensation, customers can choose:

1. The accrual of funds in the double maximum amount stipulated by the SLA, namely, 100% of the total monthly subscription fee of unavailable services. Compensation will be credited to the personal account in our system.



2. Receive compensation in the maximum amount stipulated by the SLA, namely 50% of the total monthly subscription fee of unavailable services. Compensation in this case will be transferred by bank details specified in the letter.
