Competition of scientific curators of design work of students on nanotechnology
Good day!
I want to report on the competition of scientific leaders of school projects on nanotechnology organized by NT MDT, Moscow State University. MV Lomonosov and held with the support of Intel, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs of RUSNANO. The work is organized remotely, through the mechanism of the Workbooks. And since the topic of the competition includes computer modeling, this is fully remote IT - teaching students. So if anyone has the desire to sow reasonable, kind, eternal - join!
Personally, I have already organized a group of students to participate in the Olympiad. As a topic, they took the only one directly connected with computer modeling: Project 20 theme - Universe of cellular automata. If anyone has any ideas and wants to become a curator, write in a personal. For my part, I guarantee a group of interested tenth graders with a basic knowledge of programming in JavaScript. The amount of work is clearly not for one year, so here you need to be morally ready for a marathon.
The second topic we took was the creation of a regional site to support this competition. I personally don’t find it very convenient to interact with the site www.nanometer.ru and for our region we want to create our satellite specifically to keep the competition less overloaded with information.
In general, “nano” in Russia is not only Petrik and Chubais. And the more specialists in Russia will do this scientifically, the less space there is for pseudoscience! Last year we participated in this competition, and I would like to note precisely the strict scientific approach to all works.
