The new version of
mail.ru agent , released on August 23, is enriched with new functionality designed to combat spam in the form of instant messaging.
Messages received from unauthorized users can be blocked in the new version while simultaneously stored in the Questionable folder so that later you can sort spam from messages of real users who for some reason did not pass the mandatory authorization procedure.
Also, the “human factor” was introduced into the anti-spam system: an opportunity appeared to complain about the messages obviously received from spammers, which will allow the Mail.Ru Agent's server part to more effectively deal with unwanted mass mailings.

A link received in a letter from an unauthorized user is not clickable, and is not even copied, which should negate the meaning of spam messages.
Together with Mail.ru agent 4.10, a small program, Sputnik@Mail.Ru, is provided that is embedded in Internet Explorer as a toolbar. The toolbar contains a search form that allows you to quickly search for the necessary information on the Internet. Also with the help of Sputnik@Mail.Ru, you can quickly go to any project Mail.ru.
