And it may happen that your neighbor will be a drunkard, a brawler, or just an unpleasant person for you (no matter for what reason). That is why the flight is sometimes like a lottery. But KLM Royal Dutch Airlines offers an interesting solution to the problem.

The decision is not one hundred percent, but the risk of “running into” an unpleasant person is still reduced. So, the company KLM Royal Dutch Airlines introduces the service "Meet & Seat", which allows you to choose a neighbor in his profile on the social network. According to the developers of the service, “Meet & Seat” will be available to all customers of the company. Of course, if there is no desire, then you can not participate in this program. But in principle, the idea is interesting, so you can expect increased attention of customers of this airline to the new service.

As far as it is possible to understand, a person will not choose at home, but already when checking in for a flight. So far, it is not clear how much a new service can delay the check-in, because you can choose a long and tedious. Most likely, the airline has already solved this problem, so there will be no delays for the flight. And yes, it is not clear yet whether “Meet & Seat” will be a paid service, or whether it will be provided free of charge.
