The work of the author with the comments

I propose to give the author the opportunity to work with comments to his post. What am I talking about?
A hot and verbose discussion takes place around interesting articles, and interesting articles may contain more than 20 comments, some of which deserve close attention, some are not interesting, and some even spoil the entire discussion and do not play any meaning. Due to the fact that not everyone has time to look for something worthwhile, and the author in most cases reads comments on his post and sees who has interesting thoughts and complements the topic, I suggest giving the author the opportunity to work with comments: select a comment in color or in a frame, on the contrary reduce attention to the comment, reducing the font or changing the color to more faded, or even delete the comment, or hide for the advocates of free speech.
