AdWords, exclusion of sites from the contextual network

Faced with such a problem.
I want to increase the CTP of my ads in the content network.
AdWords says that "This page allows you to specify which sites of the Google content network should not place your ads" - how can I find out which sites are in the content network, on which of them my ads are unscrewed and how to check who comes to me from there (how many pages look, how long do they go around the site, do they reach the goals set in the analytics).
Tell me where to get this information.
