Today, JetBrains unveiled a new major release of PyCharm , an integrated development environment for Python, Django and Google App Engine. Among the new features of PyCharm 2.0 it is worth noting:

• Support for two new template languages, Jinja2 and Mako
• Cython support
• Integration with coverage.py to analyze code coverage
• CoffeeScript support and built-in debugger for JavaScript
• Redesigned main application window interface, improved integration with Mac OS X and Linux platforms
