Google launched another service . This time it is a service for joint achievement and management of your goals / desires. Google itself calls this service analog 43 Things . So far, access there only by invite and it is intended for residents of the United States. Although the latter limitation is purely formal.
The site has the so-called "schemes". Scheme is any thing you want to do: go to another city, give someone a gift, buy something, learn to do something. In general, absolutely any action.

You can add existing “Plants” to your profile (I think this is the most adequate translation of the scheme into Russian), add absolutely new ones, mark existing ones. You can cheer users who have planned some kind of venture.
Itself is a tag, snapping to cities / places. Well, the most complete integration with Google+. Google sees this service as one of the ways to promote Google+.
