
The US Patent and Trademark Office rejected one of Oracle's patents, infringement of which the software giant accused Google.
Despite the fact that the rest of the patents are still under consideration, at least one of the experts stated that the rejected patent is almost the most significant in the lawsuit.
It is also reported that Oracle insists on the consideration of the case early next year, to which Google objects that the consideration of the case before July does not make sense.
