The website of the President of the Russian Federation is ranked first in terms of compliance with international requirements.
Recently, the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications identified a dozen Internet sites of government leaders who most fully correspond to the world level and provide the highest quality state services in electronic form for Russian citizens.
First place in the top ten is the website of the President of the Russian Federation. Also in the top ten are sites of the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Customs Service, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Energy, Rosatom and the Ministry of Defense. According to the minister, after 3 years all the websites of ministries and departments will have to meet international standards. Thus, for example, all possible application forms and forms should be posted on the websites, so that in the future the population would be able to submit an application through these websites, filling out the corresponding interactive forms and authenticating their application with a digital signature. On the instructions of Reiman, each ministry and department in the near future will have to develop a program for the development of its website and even "appoint an officer responsible for the site."
The head of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications will be in charge of monitoring the expenditure of funds spent on the creation of an “electronic government”, at the special request of the first deputy prime minister, Sergei Ivanov. ')
