He assesses their size (turnover, employees, projects), fame, influence, quality of work and reputation.
It (unlike web studio rating) ranks companies that provide comprehensive marketing communications services in digital — online strategies, creative, website development, video and other interactive products, promotion (media, contextual advertising, SEO, SMM), work with feedback, etc. By digital, we mean any solution for the browser, mobile devices and other digital communication platforms.

As in the rating of web studios (this is a different rating, do not follow the link if you do not want to get confused), in the final table you can see links to social media agencies.
The rating is based on a vote of studios, independent experts, clients, as well as an analysis of data on indicators submitted by the agencies themselves. For agencies that did not provide data, we used open sources.
Experts and clients were asked to rate companies by a combination of indicators.
There are many companies on the list that are unknown to the inhabitants of Habr - digital-departments of network advertising agencies and young companies, which in 2-3 years managed to achieve impressive size and gain a stable reputation.
As usual, we considered only the market of customized works, which are part of the marketing communications of companies in digital, and excluded the entire segment associated with customized web development of autonomous Internet projects with their own monetization.
For this rating, we decided to make the calculation methodology closed, because, in the case of web studios, its openness in 5 years led to the fact that some studios began to build their external communication in order to increase their place in our rating, and not based on things that matter to customers, potential employees, journalists and other subjects that are useful to them.
