Electronic journal in schools
As all state institutions know, they are switching to “digital forms of service provision,” the field of education (in particular, schools) is no exception.

Now they are switching to electronic journals, there is an order of the government “dated December 17, 2009 N 1993-r” which describes the process of the appearance of these “services”.
Our school is now moving to an electronic journal (more precisely, to the social network, which includes the function of the journal) Dnevnik.ru
(as I understand it has no special competitors, therefore it is not an advertisement). Now the school is already registered and is testing this mechanism, from January 1, 2012 e-mail. the magazine will earn on full.
Now they are preparing for the registration of students and parents, and this is the very trouble:
I am in the 11th grade, half a year left, my parents perfectly check my grades, there is no need to register in it.
After I said this, the head manager told me that I had to register because came out the "law" that it is necessary. It comes to the point of absurdity, they are already saying that they will not be allowed to go to school without this “questionnaire”.
As I understood, on the basis of a government order, obligations are imposed only on schools (for keeping a journal in electronic form).
I do not mind if my ratings were kept in this journal (although there is a law on personal data, but it doesn’t bother me much), I just don’t want to register in another social network. networks (I can find out my grades in school too).
I am not against email logs, I agree that it is very convenient.
But why is it served in this form?
Most likely the reasons are in ignorance of laws on places and / or in fear of checks, but this is not the essence of my post.
The bottom line is that why it was impossible to say “according to the law, we are obliged to post assessments, if you want to watch them, you can write a questionnaire and we will give you access andblah blah enumeration of benefits” then it would be ok But this attitude as I described involuntarily pushes away ...
