Hello,

It's time for the Friday review, and this time we will take a look at the 10-inch Android reader (and in fact, the tablet), which is called PocketBook A10 . For the first time this device was presented in September at the Berlin exhibition IFA 2011 , and now it has come to our hands:

From the characteristics of attention, a capacitive screen with a resolution of 1024x768, a Texas Instruments processor with a frequency of 1 GHz, a front camera of 2 MP (camera one), 4 GB memory (available about 2x) and a super-bright 6,600 mAh deserve attention. There is a kind of reader with a 3G-module. The device works on Android 2.3.5 and has several proprietary applications (first of all, ABBYY Lingvo reader and dictionary).

Of the minuses immediately I want to note not very wide viewing angles of the screen. The rest of the gadget leaves a pleasant impression: the shape of the case is well suited for the main purpose of the PocketBook A10 - reading. A large number of book formats are supported: PDF, EPUD, FB2, DJVU, DOC, most of which the gadget can read aloud. A built-in video player opens up additional, multimedia, capabilities.

In addition, we must not forget that we have a full-fledged Android device with Gmail, YouTub, maps and, of course, the market, where you can install almost any application or game. So, the range of application of the reader (tablet) is quite wide, and the price is not bad - about 10 000 r .
