We have released the first rating of persons in the Russian market of customized web development * . He assesses the importance of art directors, managers, marketing and PR specialists, as well as public figures.

The key criteria for this rating: fame, activity, significance, impact on the market - we did not try to independently assess the degree of professional qualifications of people or the amount of financial flows under their management.
* We considered only the market of customized development of projects that are part of the marketing communications of companies in digital, and excluded the entire segment associated with customized web development of stand-alone Internet projects with their own monetization.
The rating consists of two parts - Top 40, formed according to a survey of more than 400 top officials of Russian Internet agencies and web studios, as well as a list of 35 most influential people in the opinion of the Agency’s own expert pool, which are not included in the Top 40.
We carefully listen to all your comments and suggestions on additions to this rating . The methodology (summation of votes) and the wording of this rating were simple, like a set of stools from IKEA, and the quantity and quality of respondents suggests that they are sufficiently representative. Therefore, we ask you not to make excessive claims about the differences in the rating results with your expectations. :)
