We evaluate on a four-point scale: “0” is absent, “1” is, but bad, “2” is good, but it could be better, “3” is very good, it cannot be better. If the basic criteria are not enough, you can add your own. It is also possible to swap the criteria by creating a dynamic priority pyramid.
