In general, companies rarely manage to win such lawsuits, Samsung lawyers have tried their best. However, Apple may soon make an appeal against the court decision, so that the solution to the problem, as always in such cases, is postponed.

The court decision was made very on time, because now there is a pre-Christmas sale of everything and everyone, and people throw out a huge amount of money for gifts. And sales of Samsung tablets in Australia can immediately start from a high point. True, if Apple manages to do something again to block sales of tablets by the South Korean company, then the Christmas meeting can be a good deal for Samsung.
