New site and consolidation
Recently, a new
Alawar website was introduced, which, among other things, added the function of posting a site on the Windows taskbar. The advantages that such a function gives to site owners are well
described in
this article : an increase in attendance of users hanging out on the site.

It looks like this: users of the site receive a notification about the possibility to fix the site on the taskbar by simply dragging the icon onto the panel:

After dragging and dropping, the user gets a view of the Alawar website as an application on the taskbar, which can be accessed at any time, including through convenient access to various sections through the functions of the Windows 7 taskbar:

And this functionality can be added to yours by anyone within a few minutes! Just go to the site
http://buildmypinnedsite.com and use ready-made script templates or HTML code to add the necessary functionality. Everything is based on open standards.
Internet Explorer 9 build
Alawar, like many other companies, has long been releasing its own customized versions of Internet Explorer. They did not ignore Internet Explorer 9, the assembly of which users can download from the company's website.
The assembly is automatically offered to anyone who came to the site through Internet Explorer version 8 and below.

We are very happy to see how such a wonderful company like Alawar does cool things that are useful for users and interesting for developers.
