Yandex acquired SPB Software, a mobile product development company.

Moscow, November 28, 2011. Yandex (NASDAQ: YNDX) acquired SPB Software, a leading developer of software for mobile device manufacturers and mobile operators. SPB Software offers a wide range of mobile products, including a three-dimensional interface for smartphones and tablet computers.
