Samsung will try to lift the ban on the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia

The patent wars between Samsung and Apple continue. A few days ago, the Korean company said that Samsung lawyers have already filed an appeal against the decision of the Australian court to block sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. This decision was made in the middle of October of this year, at about the same time (a little earlier) a ban was also made on the sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany. Of course, Koreans suffer losses, and try to do everything possible to lift the ban on selling their device in these countries.

Previously, Samsung filed a counter-claim against Apple, but lost the process. Now, representatives of the Korean manufacturer say that the judge of the Australian court sentenced erroneously, because it incorrectly interpreted the relevant law. In turn, Apple representatives report that they will do everything possible so that the ban continues to operate. Apple is confident that Samsung is trying to use technologies belonging to the "apple".

Earlier, Samsung even removed its Galaxy Tab 7.7 from the stands of the IFA 2011 exhibition due to court proceedings. In addition to Australia and Germany, litigation between the two companies is also being held in other countries, including some European countries and, of course, the USA. Now, it seems, the court hearings are starting on the same occasion in the Asian region, including South Korea and Japan.

I remember someone in the comments on the September news of the proceedings between Apple and Samsung, wrote that it's time to stock up on popcorn. It may well be that no stocks of popcorn are enough, so far there are no signs of the end of conflicts, on the contrary, the conflict is getting “hotter”. It would be desirable, of course, that as a result of such “battles” the patent legislation underwent the necessary transformations, but, most likely, it will happen very soon. If ever happens.
