Detachment of special opinion

Hello! If you follow our blog, you know that we have been running Startup Weekend in different cities of Russia for over a year. Every time we try to come up with something new to make the Weekend most useful for all participants.

We believe that practically any feedback is important and useful to the project, especially at an early stage. Moreover, often the point of view of the user and the opinions of other authors of the projects are no less interesting and useful than the authoritative opinions of experts.

Therefore, to the nearest Startup Weekend, which will be held on December 9-11 in St. Petersburg , we invited not only experts from the business and IT fields, but also the Detached Opinion Team - creative people with non-standard thinking, working in advertising agencies, media business, art directors and pr-specialists. It will be possible to discuss with them not only the technological and business component, but also the general concept of the project, interaction with users, come up with new “catchy” users of chips for your project and much more.

On Friday, December 9 , Startup Weekend will begin with a lecture and seminar:
Lecture "What you need to have time to do without money, and that no money can be done without anything."
And a project promotion seminar: How to promote a project on your own and collect the first audience without money, what to do with PR and marketing. What to do when the first money appeared, is it worth taking PR students and raising a specialist within the team, or is it better to contact professional agencies?

Saturday, December 10
11.00-12.00 registration, acquaintance of participants, representation of experts from the field of business and IT.
12.00-14.00 express consultations with experts.
14.00-17.30 personal consultations with experts you are interested in, work in teams.
17.30-18.00 preparation for the performance.
18.00-19.30 each participant talks about his idea for a minute and publicly answers questions from experts and Arkady Moreynis.

Sunday, December 11
12.00-14.00 communication with the Detachment Opinion, creative experts in the field of advertising, media and pr.
14.00-16.00 personal consultations with experts and the Special Opinion Detachment
16.00-17.00 preparation of presentations, communication with the coach, who will prepare the participants to make beautiful performances.
17.00-18.30 final performances, the participants for 2 minutes tell what their idea turned into according to the results of Startup Weekend.
18.30 summing up. Arkady Moreynis will announce projects that will be ready to offer investments of up to $ 100,000 and a place in Glavstart’s business accelerator.
