It is rather strange that this news has not yet appeared on Habré. I take the courage to correct the situation.
And so, unexpectedly, unexpectedly, on November 1, in many media, information appeared about the appearance of a certain Hardware and Software Complex in RuNet, abbreviated as “PAC”. Its main purpose was to track violations of Article 4 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Mass Media”, namely “Inadmissibility of abuse of the freedom of mass media”.
')
This is supposed to work like this:
There is a list of “bad” words, as well as some image recognition system. There is a list of online media. The task of this complex is to monitor these sites for "prohibited" expressions and images, and transfer them to Roskomnadzor for analysis.
Then Roskomnadzor employees review articles (and comments to them) for the presence of propaganda of drugs, extremism, as well as pornographic images. After that, the employee makes a decision on the basis of which the media may be presented with a warning (by the way, after two warnings, Roskomnadzor may apply to the court with a request to close the media).
But the most interesting thing is not even this, but the fact that the dictionary "PACK" will presumably contain 5 million (!) Words and phrases. To be fair, it should be noted that even now Roskomnadzor employees monitor Internet media for the presence of “undesirable” materials, but I doubt that a dictionary of five million words will fit in the head of an ordinary person. But in the "PACK" easily.
The system is expected to work in mid-December of this year. The data is taken from the media (this is the question of 5 million).
