Google introduced Verbatim option in advanced search settings
After the cancellation of the operator [+], Google received a stream of negative feedback from advanced users, who are now inconvenient to include every word in quotes. This is not the first time that people oppose changes or "improvements" in their favorite search engine. Well, Google decided to help us all a little. True, the return [+] is out of the question, but now you can enable Verbatim (literal search) in the settings - and then the request will be processed in absolutely unchanged form, that is, all standard Google features will be disabled:
spell check with the issuance of the corrected version;
personalization of search results based on previously visited sites;
inclusion of synonyms in search results;
inclusion of similar terms in search results;
inclusion of word forms in search results;
processing some words from the query as optional.
The screenshots show a comparison of the standard search results (right) and the results with the Verbatim function (left).
In the coming days, the Verbatim filter will appear in the advanced search settings for all Google users.
