One of the main distinguishing features of the Sony Tablet S is the shape of the case with a thickening on one side and a narrowed shape on the other. Manufacturers themselves call this solution "Bent Sheet."

Due to the unusual shape of the tablet feels like a book or magazine, which allows him quite habitually to hold in one hand. In addition, a small role in convenience is played by a small weight of the novelty - 598 g. (IPad 2 - 601 g.).
