Google has opened a Google API Plus to six third-party developers.

Google has launched a new feature for its social network. Google+ Pages owners can now manage their accounts through third-party applications like HootSuite, Involver and Buddy Media. The corporation has opened a social network API for six different companies. The goal of all this is to provide Google+ Pages owners with access to account management using third-party applications. The six companies mentioned are Hootsuite, Buddy Media, Context Optional, Hearsay Social, Involver and Vitrue.

These companies can now provide their customers with the ability to edit their social network accounts, including Circles and Pages, by using their software. For some corporate users, this is a key feature.

Naturally, the companies that Google opened the API of their social network immediately began to improve their own software for Google+. So, the company Hootsuite immediately announced that its software supports the exchange of information with different types of Circles, provides a search among public Google+ records, shows the recent activity of different users in this social network, and also allows you to manage your account, as mentioned above. An analytical tool for assessing the performance of Pages is already being proposed.

In general, Google has long stated that the company will work with third-party developers in the framework of work on Google+. Now only the applications of these third-party companies provide the ability to manage multiple Google+ accounts at the same time (in this case we mean corporate accounts). I would like to hope that the corporation will soon provide this opportunity for managing personal accounts on Google+.
