Nevsky Express - terrorism or negligence?

An interesting discussion of the recent events that occurred on the Nevsky Express train on the Burg-Malaya Vishera Oktyabrskaya railway stretched in the journal blogger nikat .

The user mephistopig quotes from sealed sources, in which railway specialists discuss what has happened and agree that the train got off the rail not because of an explosion, but because of the driver’s negligence and equipment wear.

One of the quotes:

We did not take any subscriptions from us - it’s simply the Highest order: to count everything as a terrorist act. And so - the whole team laughs, especially when we watch TV in a cafe.

Unfortunately, the real cause of the catastrophe is not clear from the eyewitness account.
