# Krasnoyarskmetro

As you know, the unfinished metro station in Krasnoyarsk is preserved, the entrances to it are covered with sand, parking areas are arranged on them, the mining shield is irreversibly exported to Moscow - and you can read all this, for example, in that news and in the user comments on it. In early 2011, the head of the city (Peter Ivanovich Pimashkov) stated that “the subway was sacrificed to the fourth bridge” - harsh words indicating a terrible lack of funds for the development of the infrastructure of the city, whose population is slowly and steadily approaching a million people.

And a week ago something clicked: the joke of several people, gradually developing into a distant resemblance of mass semi-mystery, overwhelmed the minds of many people. You can read about it on the PRESS-LINE website or directly follow it on Twitter: for a whole week, much longer than many other similar flash mobs, the live and numerous stream of authors tagging Krasnoyarsk metro with their microblogging boils quite as if it was already built, and open, and acted. They write about comfortable trips on easy chairs, about rhythmic tapping on rails, citing announcements of loud communication about the rules of behavior on escalators and on trains, admiring the convenience of fast driving home and work, praising the design of stations, interested in underground photography right, they note all sorts of trivia: faces of girls sitting and reading, the smell and temperature of the air, intervals of movement, landscaping of interiors, closing of a number of stations during festive processions, the useful effect of the metro on the frequency and strength of traffic jams .

It is clear that this is partly a joke, but only partly: people in a nearly million-strong city were passionately hungry for the subway, which they were first promised, and then taken away, like a dog's bone, and this is felt. From close contact with the alternative reality of the underground network fantasy, it blows chthonic horror, as when reading some stories with the label other worldson Kriper.Ru.

There will be more and more such mental processes as the Internet penetrates into the real world.
