First Echofon beta for Windows released
One of the most popular and best Twitter clients for Mac / iPhone / iPad / Firefox (plugin) - Echofon - appeared in the version for Windows.
Multiple accounts support, synchronization of unread tweets, all twitter features (search, trends, lists, etc.)
In general, it is very, very similar to Echofon for Firefox in Panel mode.

PS Generally speaking, the lack of Echofon for Windows (and the presence of a plug-in for Firefox) for me personally, until recently, was one of the strongest non-switch arguments to Chrome.
