Adygea resident, who posted the execution video, was taken into custody
Vasily Guk, the official representative of the republic’s Prosecutor’s Office of Adygea, said that a resident of the republic who had posted the execution videos on the Internet was taken into custody.
“Within 48 hours, the court will decide on the preventive measure,” said the representative of the prosecutor’s office. A criminal case will be initiated under article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement to hatred), which provides for a fine or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions, or compulsory work, or imprisonment for up to two years.
