There is an idea to conduct training on UML and IT requirements management in Kiev. The idea arose after we had to deal with graduates of some business courses, seminars and trainings, and it became clear that we could do better and better. Actually, since the idea is still at the idea level, there are several questions:
What would be interesting to listen to the training for you?
In what format would you be interested in classes: training, a two-day course, a week course, etc.?
What should be in the training that you personally would like to visit?
Is it worth separating UML and requirements management into two courses or combining them in one?
There is a lot of opportunities and knowledge, but I would like to make a useful and interesting course from which students could take the most advantage. While stopped at this plan:
Theoretical part
Requirements Management:
Techniques to identify requirements and needs
Requirements classification
Software Requirement Specification
Criteria for good requirements
Document requirements with use cases
Business rules
Unrecorded Requirements
UML:
UML, its purpose and definition
General principles and concepts of modeling
Diagrams and Views in UML
Requirements Management
Practical part
Independent development of the model of the subject area chosen by the students
