Inversion compact skin v2

For those who are in the subject, briefly: after the autumn upgrade, the Habr-user-style has flown off - I had to rewrite it again.



One-click style makes Habr more comfortable and convenient:
- compact hat
- user menu on the right side (who still remembers, it was originally there ...)
- the sizes of indicators of a karma / rating / index are reduced - after all they are not the main thing on Habré
- Replaced the appearing points near the comments on the indent size of the avatar + thin line to determine the level of nesting
- replaced the multiple "answer" with underscore strokes on the modest link that appears when the mouse hover
- removed rounded corners from avatars
- if the voting period for a comment has expired, then only the rating is displayed, without gray buttons
- turned down the width of the right column (sidebar)

We also managed to get rid of all the patches and different versions of the style to support the banners (who put them, you can remove and put a single style).

Alas, I did not register the version number in the first versions, and most likely the automatic update will not work. I think it will be necessary to reinstall the script from the page.


Interesting fact
I spent a lot of my time on these styles and scripts. But, I think, not in vain, since more than 3 thousand installations is not enough. But what is interesting is that almost a month has passed since Habr's update, when the styles stopped working, and a single falone person contacted me and asked if I would continue this business. It is thanks to him that I continue.
