Java update timezone

Today, taking Russia updates its servers, everything is quite simple with the OS, it is enough to update the tzdata package, timezone-data or something else specific to a particular OS.

But there are applications that do not use server TZ, for example java.
To upgrade, you need to use a special tzupdater utility:
