According to statistics, more than 50% of sites use jQuery

Judging by the statistics (updated October 24) from trends.builtwith.com , jQuery still leads, but now has a “controlling stake”. 50.46% of sites (in the top 10k) using this library is an excellent result. By the way, the closest competitor (if you consider the frameworks) in the 3rd place is MooTools, and on the 6th Prototype. It's nice that in just a year jQuery gained more than 13%, but Prototype was upset, for the same period it lost 2%.
