Russian registered Windows Vista with Rospatent

A Russian legal expert, a person who has no relation to Microsoft, received a certificate of official registration of the Windows Vista computer program from the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks (Rospatent).
He did this in order to show the imperfection of the law and is not going to cash in on the resale of rights and annoy Microsoft.



I would like to add that this is not the only case of registration of software rights by unauthorized persons.
